We are a referral agency that operates all parts of business through the internet.  All though we are based out of Denver, Co most of our employees are located in different states.  Our main communication is through the internet, email, and phone.  All of our positions are for individuals with strong discipline to work without management. 

We are currently seeking a Office Administrator

 

We are seeking an experienced office administrator with strong customer service skills. Out-going personality, articulate, with excellent computer skills. Enthusiastic, can-do attitude.

Job tasks include providing product and service information, scheduling and timelines, time card review, and customer support via email.

Qualifications

• Looking for a office administrator for a internet company where most work is done from home.
• Must be articulate and poised. Must have great personality.
• Must be a self-starter and EXTREMELY organized

• Must be very detail oriented.
• Must be very organized
• Must type At least 50 wpm.
• Must be computer savvy.

• Good telephone manner
